These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digilyticsco.com (the "Site"), operated by Digilytics Co (Pty) Ltd ("Digilytics Co", "we", "us", "our"), registered at 155 West Street, Sandown, Sandton, 2031, South Africa. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for business and professional use. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, layout, the Digilytics Co name and logo, and the CapabilityOS™ name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Digilytics Co and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference only. No other use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is permitted without our prior written consent.

4. User Submissions

When you submit information through our consultation request or consultant network forms, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it (for example, your own LinkedIn profile and professional background). You grant us a limited licence to use submitted information solely to respond to your enquiry or evaluate your application, in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site — including descriptions of our approach, services, and CapabilityOS™ platform — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax, or technical advice. Specific advice is only provided to clients under a separate, signed engagement agreement with Digilytics Co.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, our LinkedIn page) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to it does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You agree to indemnify and hold Digilytics Co harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of South Africa shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability
